Panel Smart – Customer (“the App”) is a project visibility and communication app designed for customers managing electrical panel and plant projects. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect user data.
We collect the following personal information when you register or use the App: Name, Email address, Phone number, and Profile photo. This information is collected for authentication, user identification, and profile management.
The collected data is used to: Authenticate users and manage accounts, assign tasks and projects, enable communication between technicians and administrators, send task-related notifications, and improve operational coordination and service delivery.
We do not collect app usage analytics, crash logs, device identifiers, or location data.
The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) only to deliver real-time notifications related to tasks and issues. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data is not shared with advertisers and is used only by service providers required for app functionality (backend services and Firebase for notifications).
User data is stored on a Node.js backend server. All data transmission occurs over secure HTTPS connections. Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect user data.
User data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide app functionality and operational support.
At this time, the App does not provide an automated data deletion feature. Users may contact us for data-related inquiries at the email address below.
This App is intended for adults only and does not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
